The month of April has been filled with an astounding amount of activity, earthquakes, prophetic revelation, and increased hunger for the nations, not too mention a host of events.. On Easter there was a 7.2 quake here in San Diego. My house shook for 50 seconds, I mean, really shook. Walls were swaying and the ground felt like rippling waves. A emergency prayer rumble was assembled by UCSD Origins students. I ran over for a bit and prayed with them into what was happening and what the spiritual significance was. The day Jesus rose from the dead there was an earthquake, so having one on Easter was quite interesting.

At the prayer rumble I kept hearing God say, “the playing field has been leveled” and “take the spoils, they are ready”. As I prayed into it more I sensed that this meant the principalities and governing authorities of darkness that have caused spiritual blindness on this generation in this region were scattered and that the harvest is ready to be gathered. The earthquake happened at 3:40pm. As I continued to pray I remembered a vision I had 3 years and 4 months prior about earthquakes, bells, wells, angels, and awakenings on Universities in California, including UCSD. It hit me that the earthquake hit at 3:40 and my vision was 3 yrs 4 months ago. Hmmm.

After the quake at various Origins prayer gatherings, angels were heard singing and playing instruments as well as students feeling the ground shake. Yet, the shaking wasn’t in the natural but in the Spirit. One prayer gathering I was at for 10 minutes I heard angels singing along with instruments being played (only a guitar was actually being played in the room). I also felt wind blowing across my face multiple times. We were indoors and there were no vents nearby.

This past weekend was Supernatural on Campus where I spoke along with Erica Greve from Bethel Church in Redding, Brian Kim from IHOP, and others. It was a very powerful weekend where many miracles of healing and deliverance took place. When I arrived to speak Friday, I literally felt the building shaking, but it wasn’t in the natural. Saturday night was crazy amazing. I left at 11:30 and some of the Origins students stayed and several of the girls were encountering the Holy Spirit in new ways. They were travailing in prayer for the end times harvest and literally manifesting as if birthing a child. If you study many revivals, this happens sometimes prior to a major move of God. So, I am believing this is the case for us! This went on until 4am. I shared my vision of the Universities in the last session Sunday afternoon and felt the Holy Spirit so strongly. I prophesied into the region and some student’s lives and it all focused on the end times harvest and Jesus getting his reward: the nations.

I left the conference Sunday afternoon and our students were going to go to get Korean BBQ. I really wanted to go with them, but I was exhausted and I needed to be with my family. They went to a place called Family BBQ. They were seated, then they were taken to the upper room of the restaurant to themselves. As they sat there with mouths wide open they noticed that the walls were covered with shafts of wheat. So, they are sitting in the “FAMILY” BBQ and taken to the UPPER ROOM where all around them is the HARVEST. Can it get any more prophetic than that?

I got two text messages yesterday from students that said the sun god on the UCSD campus had something interesting taking place. The sun god is one of the many pieces of art on the campus that is a demonic symbol. The base of the sun god statue is a replica of the base for Baal, which was the god of the sun in the Old Testament. Hello. Anyways, the base is covered in ivy, but on the back of the base all the ivy is peeling off. Never happened before. I am believing that as the “playing field has been leveled”, the covering of the sun god is falling off, including it’s spiritual influence on the campus. I am praying that the entire foundation cracks and it falls off.

Something has changed. I can feel it in the air, in my whole being. Our May LG is next Tuesday and Paul You, a student will be sharing about a year long missions trip he is doing in Turkey. He’s the first missionary being sent out from Origins. How prophetic is this? Paul (in the Bible) was born in modern day Turkey and his first missionary journey began in Turkey. Origins first missionary being sent out is named Paul and he’s going to Turkey. Wow, I am tripping out. God has a great sense of humor. I have a heart for the nations because Jesus does too. This is just the beginning.

I cannot wait to see what is coming. I had a dream with two of our student leaders. We were talking on the campus and Cindy Jacobs walked up to me and kept saying over and over, “it’s coming”. I believe it is a move of God of historic proportions. It’s going to be awe-inspiring. One of the prophetic words I received at the Supernatural on Campus UCLA weekend was that Origins would see people coming to Christ that the church saw as “unredeemable” and that the world would say how incredible it is the change in their lives. I am declaring and fighting in the Spirit to see the harvest unleashed.
